How it works
- We gather your information. Prices, opening hours, the lessons you run, payment options, booking conditions. We start from your website and your own documents. You read it back and correct anything that's wrong.
- We put the assistant on your site. One line of code added to the site you already have. If you don't have anyone looking after your website, we'll do it — it's included in the set-up.
- You get the enquiries by email. The assistant handles the routine questions. When a learner wants a call back, you get their name, their phone number and what they were asking about.
What the assistant does
It answers on your prices. EDT blocks, individual lessons, pretest packages, gift vouchers. The figures are yours, not a national average.
It knows your hours. Including bank holidays and any days you're closed, which you can change yourself.
It explains what you offer. EDT, pretest and mock tests, motorway lessons, automatic or manual, refresher lessons — whatever you actually run.
It handles the learner permit questions. What a learner needs before they can start, how the EDT logbook works, what to bring on the first lesson.
It passes learners on to you. Name, phone number and what they're after, by email, straight away.
It says when it doesn't know. If a question is outside what it's been given, it doesn't guess: it offers to pass the enquiry on to you.

About us
There are two of us: Leander Menden and Khaled Al Saad. Our company, Al Saad Menden GbR, is based in Osnabrück, Germany. We build and run this assistant ourselves. There is no reseller and no agency in between — the person who answers the phone is the person who wrote the software.
We work with driving schools in Germany today. We are opening the service to Ireland in 2026 — which is why we are contacting schools like yours directly.

Your data and your learners' data
Hosted in the European Union. Conversations are stored on servers located in the European Union.
Data processing agreement. We provide a processing agreement that meets Article 28 GDPR when you sign up.
Clear about the AI. The assistant identifies itself as an automated system in its first message, as required by Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
Common questions
You're a German company. Is that a problem?
No. We invoice in euro, your data is hosted in the European Union and our contract documents are in English. You can reach us by phone and by email. We'd rather say it up front than bury it.
Where did you get my email address?
From a public source: either the RSA's public register of Approved Driving Instructors or your driving school's own website. We explain exactly how we work on the page "Why did you get an email from us?"
I don't have a website. Can this still work?
Yes. We can give you a standalone page with the assistant on it, and you add that link to your Google Business profile and your social media.
What happens if the assistant doesn't know the answer?
It says so and offers to pass the enquiry on. It won't invent a price and it won't commit you to anything.
Will my learners think they're talking to a person?
No, and that's deliberate: the assistant says in its first message that it's automated. That's a legal requirement, and it's more honest anyway.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. One email is enough and it ends at the end of the current month. No exit fee.
